The Rosebud Sioux Tribe will be accepting bids for a period of 26 days for the RST Veteran Cemetery Sicangu Akicita Owicahe construction: The work generally consists of the construction of an Administration/Service Garage/Public Information Center Building, site improvements, related utilities, and related site construction that will serve the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Tribal Veterans Cemetery, Sicangu Akicita Owicahe. The work includes Building Construction, Minor site demolition, grading, water service line, sanitary sewer service line to a septic system, electrical service, parking lots, road system, concrete sidewalks, lawn and plantings, various signage, wood screen fence, site furnishings, automated irrigation system and seeding, along with all items identified on the Construction Documents, and with the Specifications. Tribal Land Enterprise (TLE) is soliciting bids proposals from qualified CPA firms to perform research on certificate activity. This research would include, but not be limited to, a detailed examination of the certificate stub books for the designated time periods, a test (or detailed) examination of the shareholder

ledger records, a compilation of the voucher journal activity, a compilation of the records of negotiated land sales, and an examination of the Cash Receipts Journal to search for records of certificate purchases. Responses to the Request for Proposals (RFP) should include: 1. The firm’s legal name, address and telephone number. 2. Firm’s headquarters where the work will be performed and from which expenses and mileage will be charged. 3. The applicant must provide documentary proof of ability to obtain professional liability insurance of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) if elected, e.g. copy of insurance finder or letter from carrier promising to provide the required coverage. 4. The principle(s) of the firm and their experience and qualifications. 5. The experience and qualifications of the “key” staff to be assigned to the project. 6. A description of the firm’s prior experience, including any similar projects. 7. A description of the firm’s current work activities and how these would be coordinated with the project, as well as the firm’s anticipated availability during the term of the project. Written proposals shall be limited to a maximum of 10 pages plus a cover letter and resumes of key personnel. Each firm will be judged on a basis of values as presented in the proposal. Selection will be based as described below: 1. TLE will select the consultant based solely on the evaluation of the written proposals as outlined above. Therefore interviews will not be conducted. 2. The award will be to the most qualified firm whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to TLE, all factors considered. Bid proposals will be “sealed”. ROSEBUD SIOUX TRIBE INDIAN HEALTH SERVICE RFP 11-057

The Rosebud Sioux Tribe, Rosebud Indian Health Service Hospital will be accepting bids for a period of 15 days for the installation of Fire Suppression Systems for an ARRA funded project: The work shall include constructing water mains and service lines to support proposed Fire Suppression sprinkler systems for buildings located in the Rosebud, SD area. There will be a need to provide such services to 12 buildings. Nine of the buildings are occupied quarters units that house Hospital employees and their families. All of the quarters units are located in the Upper Compound near the Hospital. The three remaining buildings are business occupancies housing Tribal Programs located near the hospital. The Contractor shall coordinate work schedules within each facility with tenant schedules. The Tribe shall coordinate times when work can be completed within the Tribal facilities. The IHS Hospital Facility Engineer shall coordinate times when work can be completed within each Quarters Unit. Work shall include installing 2,040 lineal feet of 4” PVC Water main, 350 lineal feet of 2” PVC Water Service Line, 450 lineal feet of 1-1/2” PVC Water Service Line, fittings, saddles, corporation stops, curb stops, fabricated non-freezing risers, ball valves, caps, road crossing, concrete roadway patching and water main interconnections. All trenches shall be compacted to 95% maximum dry density. All waterlines shall be pressure tested and disinfected. Testing shall be completed by a state certified company. The Contractor will only be required to install the piping to a point within the building, valve it off and cap the end. Connecting the waterlines to the sprinkler system shall be the responsibility of the Federal Government. The work shall be completed in accordance with the attached drawings and technical provisions. Buildings affected by this work are 10059, 10002, 10004, 10061, 10063, 10065, 10067, 10069, 10071, Ambulance Garage and the Fitness/Diabetes Center Buildings. The Sicangu Wicoti Awayankapi (SWA) Corporation is seeking a Request for Proposal on a materials supplier for the SWA Warehouse. PAVEMENT MARKING OGLALA SIOUX TRIBE PINE RIDGE, SOUTH DAKOTA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Oglala Sioux Tribe of Pine Ridge, South Dakota, will receive, bids until July 19, 2011 at the hour of 4:00 PM (MT) at the office of Dakota Engineering – a Kadrmas, Lee & Jackson Partner, 330 Knollwood Drive, Rapid City, South Dakota 57701. The bid documents shall be sealed and en-dorsed, “OST Pavement Marking”. This is for the furnishing of materials, labor, equipment and skill required for the purpose of Pavement Marking, as is more fully described and set forth in the Plans and Project Manual, which are now on file in the office of the Oglala Sioux Tribe, Pine Ridge, South Dakota and at the office of Dako-ta Engineering. NOTICE ISHEREBY GIVEN this 6th day of July, 2011 pursuant to SDCL 38-22 as amended to all owners, occupants, agents and public officials in charge of lands in Shannon County, South Dakota, that they are responsible for the suppression, control, and eradication of noxious weed and declared pest infestations that may exist on such lands.
